Wayne has more than thirty five years of experience leading troubled companies. He is a results-oriented, decisive executive. Throughout his career, Wayne has delivered strong and sustainable revenue and income gains in highly competitive business markets.
Wayne’s selected career accomplishments include:
- CFO, then CEO and Board Member for a publicly held bio-tech company with operations in Europe and China
- CFO for a public company luxury hotel and resort, and several other hotel properties and golf courses
- Senior Vice President and CFO for a national car rental operation
- Senior Vice President and CFO for a publicly held company the largest owner of retail flower shops in the US
- CFO for a start-up internet company, and CEO during its wind down
- Executive Vice President and CFO for the largest owner of MRI imaging centers in the US with 120 imaging centers in 20 states
- CFO for a group of companies with offices in New York and Miami. The group consisted of an insurance brokerage company, a securities broker/dealer as well as several pension administration and consulting companies.
- Executive Vice President for two troubled banks (New York and Miami). Ran the “bad bank” in both institutions.
- Treasurer for Miami-based collapsed R.E.I.T/ (C.M.I). All assets were quickly sold and the LBO debt repaid.
