Ray Davis
Ray Davis is nationally recognized in the fields of financing, mergers and acquisitions, and debt restructuring. Mr. Davis has provided advisory services to under-performing businesses and related parties for nearly fifteen years. He has been engaged as a financial advisor to clients in various industries, including: automotive, manufacturing, service, transportation, distribution and energy. As a financial advisor, he has worked closely with debtors, lenders and creditor committees in out-of-court restructurings, and has provided consulting services in turnaround, profit enhancement and cost reduction strategies.
Ray is a founding principal of CFCC Partners. Previously he was a Partner with the JADDA Secured Senior Mortgage Fund and The JADDA Intuitional Opportunity Fund, both Michigan-based opportunity funds. As former co-founder and co-head of both JADDA Funds his responsibilities included new business development, client coverage, transaction negotiation and execution. Both funds had significant growth and better than market returns to investors while under Ray’s co-leadership.
Ray has over fourteen years of investment banking experience. Prior to the formation of the JADDA Funds and CFCC Partners, Ray was with Inket Capital Management, where he was responsible for executing and structuring real estate and corporate transactions for private companies as well as individual clients. Previously, he attended Wayne State University.
Ray has been published in national publications and has been a guest speaker at Broker Dealer and Advisor conferences.
